A Texas ranch home built by a real estate mogul for 1,500 people has been named the world’s tallest residential building.

The Blair House was completed last month in the town of Blount County, located about 45 miles west of Austin.

The Blount House is the largest single building in Texas and the second-tallest building in the United States after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

It was built by Blount Country Club, a private club in Blount, Texas, which manages land and facilities for the club.

The owners have also leased the land from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, according to a press release.

Blount Mayor Dave Pendergast said the Blair House is among the tallest buildings in the country and has become a symbol of a more diverse, more prosperous Texas.

“It’s been a lot of work, but this is really special to us,” he said.

“We’ve been talking to the builders and learning about what makes this so special.”

Blount’s Blair House had the second largest number of apartments built in the U and third largest number in the nation.

It is also the tallest structure on the Blount River, according the U of Texas.

The company that built the building, a design firm known as The Architects, has built more than 150 homes around the world.

The house’s architects, the Pendergarces, had been working on a new home for the Bluffers.

“I’m really excited that they are making this a reality in the state of Texas, so I can finally spend some quality time with my family,” said Blair’s daughter, Brooke Pendergras.

“There’s so much excitement in our hearts.”

Brooke Penders husband, Blair, was born in Bluff County, which is about 30 miles west on the Texas border.

His mother, Blair Pender, is a lifelong resident of the town and a member of the Bluffs County Historic Preservation Board.
