It can be made in a number of different ways, so let’s go through them step by step.

Ingredients: 1 large onion, sliced 1 tbsp oil 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced 1 red pepper, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp sesame oil Directions: Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the onions, carrot, and garlic.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring often to break up the vegetables.

Add the ginger, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Cook, stirring frequently, for 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the sesame and rice vinegar.

Add all of the ingredients to the pan and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and the rice vinegar is reduced.

Remove from heat.

Add to a large bowl.

Add sesame seeds, sesame oils, and sesame butter, if desired.

Pour the teriyo sauce over the vegetables and serve hot.
